We provide the Services without any sign-up, and we do not collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, phone number, or account credentials) on our servers.

To provide core features, the following device permissions and data are used only on your device:

• Camera — to display the real-time level/tilt view and distance-measurement feature (TIMe Xfoto). The camera feed is processed only on your device and is never transmitted or stored externally.
• Motion & orientation sensors (accelerometer/gyroscope) — to compute device tilt and level (TIMe Xfoto).
• Location — to calculate the sun and moon position for a selected place or your current location (TIMe Xpoint). Location data is used only for this calculation and is never sent to or stored on our servers.
• Photo & media access — to edit and assemble photos/videos you select (TIMe Xlapse). Files are processed only on your device.
• Weather data — to show weather forecasts for your selected shooting location and date, the app sends the location's approximate coordinates to the Open-Meteo API (https://open-meteo.com). The coordinates are used only to answer that request; we do not store them, and no account, device identifier, or other personal information is sent with them.

2. Sharing and Processing by Third Parties

Except for the weather request described above, all processing happens on your device and no personal data is shared with any third party.

3. Advertising and Analytics

The Services do not collect advertising identifiers and do not use third-party advertising or analytics tools that track users.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data to retain or delete on our side.

Data created or stored on your device while using the Services (such as settings and working files) can be deleted by you at any time. Uninstalling the application immediately ends all permission-based access to your device data.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You may withdraw consent for any permission (camera, location, photos, etc.) at any time in the settings of your operating system (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows).

If you withdraw a permission, features that rely on it may become unavailable.

6. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
