1. Effect and Changes to These Terms

The Services are tools that assist photo and video work, providing: real-time level/tilt and distance measurement (TIMe Xfoto), time-lapse/hyperlapse editing (TIMe Xlapse), and sun/moon position simulation (TIMe Xpoint).

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the features to improve the Services.

3. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, redistribute, or modify the Services beyond what applicable law permits.

4. Payments and Refunds

Where paid features or in-app purchases are offered, all payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the policies and procedures of the store through which the app is distributed (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.).

5. Accuracy of Measurements and Data

The level, tilt, and distance measurements (TIMe Xfoto) and the astronomical data such as sun and moon positions (TIMe Xpoint) provided by the Services are offered for shooting assistance and reference only.

Such values may contain errors depending on device sensors, calibration, and environment, and must not be used for surveying, navigation, safety, legal, or any other purpose requiring precision or accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the Services and their components (software, design, trademarks, etc.) belong to us or the respective rightful owners.

You retain the rights to the photos, videos, and other outputs you create or edit through the Services.

7. Your Obligations

You must comply with applicable law and these Terms, and must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as-is” without implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. This clause does not limit any consumer rights guaranteed by applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the Services follow the procedures provided by applicable law.
